In 1998 Vicki and Van Herridge identified that Charleston homeowners needed a source for safe and professional home repairs. With Vicki's background in management and since Van held aSouth Carolina Contractor's license and had a background in hardware and building supplies, they decided to open Rapid Repairs in 1999 with an emphasis on homeowner safety. People are the key to our business, and we make sure all of our employees are experts in the repair business. All employees prior to being hired were subjected to extensive background checks and drug testing.The person who quotes your job will normally be the person completing the job. At Rapid Repairs, there are no sales people, just professionally, trained servicemen.
